Experience Close-Up Magic, Strolling Magicians, Magic Mixology, Live Performances, and More Aboard the Majestic Queen Mary.

This sounds fantastic. I really hope to take the kids to this. I love magic and the special effects of illusionists. The beauty behind hand magic is just as magnificent as stage magic. We are fans of it all!

I have been to the Magic Castle ONCE and it was an experience I will never forget. I hope one day to get back in to the Magic Castle again but this is the closest to the Magicians and entertainment that most of us can probably get!

6 Helpful Tips For the Most Fun at Pirate's Dinner Adventure PLUS #Giveaway #PiratesDinnerCA

Ahoy There Matey!

We had the best time at Pirate's Dinner Adventure this weekend.

I wanted to share our favs, top tips and loves about the show. There is so much to see and do before, during and after the show so get your best ARGGG ready 'cause here we goooo....

I personally loved our experience, all ages walked in excited and left talking non stop about their evening. We took my 76yo dad, two pre teens, a 5yo on the autism spectrum, my husband and I...we all raved about it all night! (some of us are still talking about it)

Let's Get to it....

Helpful tips:

* Get there early for check in. I would say 1.5 to 2 hours before the show. I know that sounds like a lot of time but it's perfect. There is a small line for check in. Then you are able to take a photo before walking into the Pirates Crew lounge. Inside the lounge there are tables and chairs to relax in. There's also a bar for drinks. While you enjoy the scenery you are served appetizers and a mini pre show comes on 30 minutes before you are taken in for seating. Don't miss any of this!

The Queen Mary - Scots Festival On Its Way....

ScotsFestival & International Highland Games XXIV Celebrates The Queen Mary’s Heritage Feb. 18-19

PC Queen Mary ScotsFestival

I have a soft spot for all the dancing, athletic competitions and of course drinks that the wonderful Scottish culture brings... my sister in law is Scottish and I have tasted some of the most amazing foods that hold tradition of years being passed down.

My favorite is the meat pies that our extended family "Granny Goose" as we call her, brings down for us to eat! Delish.

Bringing some of that cultured fun to SoCal, the Queen Mary will be home to the Scottish Festival!

Denim & Diamonds Fashion Show To Benefit Global Genes for World RARE Disease Day

Denim & Diamonds Fashion Show To Benefit Global Genes

Celebrities Madison McLaughlin and Shaka Smith Join Models to Walk the Runway in Support of World RARE Disease Day - for Global Genes on February 28, 2017 at The Resort at Pelican Hill.

With out getting too emotional about this, I want to just say that I support the discovery of, research of and assistance towards RARE Diseases.

Having a close friend that I grew up with call me and tell me that her newborn has issues processing proteins and other things going on, opened my eyes a bit to a whole new world of things, things that a newborn had no way of getting through on her own.
