Paradise 2 Hours From OC at Miramonte Indian Well Resort - A Girl's Guide To Cars Conference PLUS #Giveaway

Miramonte Indian Wells Is As Relaxing As It Is Picturesque

Miramonte Indian Wells is located in the Greater Palm Springs Area just about two hours from Orange County.

Thank you, Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa, for having me out for the A Girls Guide To Cars first ever conference. All opinions are my own.

Nestled at the foothills of the beautiful mountains in the dessert with warm days and cool nights, I wonder why we have not visited before, it's a hidden oasis.

Desert Oasis

Driving up to the resort you can sense the type of atmosphere you are about to wonder into. It's palms remind me of a socal sunset in a postcard and with date farms locally down the street you see miles of land around you too.

The reservation check in desk is welcoming and bright with windows all around and glass doors leading to the courtyard just past the restaurant and bar in lobby. Everywhere you turn the grounds are amazingly lush and green.

Once outside you are completely surrounded by lush bright plants, trees and flowers. On site there is even a garden with fruits, veggies and herbs that Miramonte uses in it's restaurant Citrus and Palm.

The Pathways & Resort Amenities

Since I was attending A Girls Guide To Cars conference my family had the opportunity to really soak up the resort experience.

They loved that there were oversized lawn games to play. My son really gets a sensory fix with these games especially connect four. How perfect.

My daughter really wants to return for a bike ride. Yes, she noticed that Miramonte offers bikes to their guests, how cool!

She has an ankle injury and was not able to enjoy the bikes so I promised her we would go back soon to enjoy a ride on the bike paths suggested by the awesome staff.

There are three pools on hand for lounging, swimming, sun bathing and more. The main resort pool offers cabanas surrounding the 83° water while the other two pools are a bit more secluded and on the quieter side.

The pathways leading you around the resort grounds guide you past local art sculptures for sale as well as endless fire pits to enjoy.

I loved that there are spots to capture sweet moments to remember all over the resort and some in the most random places, just look around you, soak it all in.

This stair case overlooks one of the courtyards but leads to many of the rooms. Stop and enjoy each spot.

Dreamy Rooms Like Home

The rooms. Wow, the space is oversized by far. Each room is this way... large and spacious.

My favorite part of the room was that there were two sinks, one in the restroom shower area and one right outside near the entry. This is ideal for families or people like me that like to utilize the sink while getting ready but others still need to shower etc too.

We slept so well not just because of being exhausted for the endless relaxing and lounging (hehe) but because the beds are extremely comfy. I love to fall into a quality mattress at the end of the night when I travel. Bonus!

Since I sometimes work while traveling it was nice to see the desk office space within the room with plenty of outlets and USB ports looking out to either your balcony or patio. Win, win.

Aside from the deluxe rooms there are also suites and presidential rooms that can be reserved for your stay.

Perfect for groups, outings or small events as well as larger families or even maybe multi family vacationing together.

Foodies Dream

Thank you to A Girls Guide To Cars and the Miramonte Indian Wells for an amazing array of food during the conference.

While my kids were enjoying local eats I was treated to flavorful on site dishes!

Citrus & Palm brings an organicly fresh and tasty twist to their menu with their garden just on the south side of the resort. How great is that... totally garden to table and I love it.

At Citrus & Palm we sampled a variety of bites.

The civeche tostada was delish. Very fresh, light and the tostada was a crunch to pair well with the shrimp.

The tastiest crispiest green beans I've ever had prepared for me. So on point with each bite, I know when we return, this would be a kids favorite too.

Fresh salad with on site grown grapefruit, large white beets shaved thin, greens and house dressing. I could have eaten a whole plate to myself but that's foodie greed. Hehe.

Salmon perfection from flakiness to seasoning and into my belly. I ate the whole piece and I am not going to lie... I felt bad my family didnt get to take a bite of this Salmon.. we are a huge salmon loving family.

I cant even describe the dessert and its yumminess so I had to be sure to snap pics (see the photos here and here)... I mean wow.

On house made cookies three fresh ice cream flavored sandwiches and pineapple/coconut sorbet in a fresh pineapple. Just as amazing as it is fancy!

Feeling hungry just reading that.. I am too and I am sure the pics don't make it easy but I just have to.. Visuals people!!

Relaxation Retreat On Site

One thing I was not able to squeeze in but definitely wanted to... the Well Spa.

The Well Spa is on site and I could smell the fresh mint aromatics as I walked past the doors. We were able to get a peek inside and I must say it was like a private oasis inside a private paradise.

There is a lounge quiet area, a whirlpool spa, wade pool, wells rippling for relaxation & tribute to heritage of the grounds as well as a full spa indoors for couples massages too!

Take me back....

This was our first visit to Miramonte Indian Wells Resort but we are already planning to go back.
My kids want to hang by the pool, ride bikes and explore more of the pathways guiding you around the resort.

I would love to spend half a day at the Well Spa and take that bike ride or hike suggested by the resort staff. I love they go that extra mile to really give you a locals must do's.
