The Festival of Arts is one of the most highly-acclaimed juried fine art shows featuring the artwork of 140 award-winning artists.

 Adult and Teen Art Classes
Painting with Carol Heiman-Greene
Date: Friday, July 5
Time: 3pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $60 (includes Festival admission)

In this easy, fun and entertaining class, students will create their own painting inspired by Laguna Beach. With step-by-step guidance from the instructor, you’ll create a beautiful finished painting to take home. Discover your inner artist at the Festival of Art’s Adult and Teen Art Classes! Watercolors with Christine Sullivan
Date: Saturday, July 6
Time: 3pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $60 (includes Festival admission)


Discover the art of watercolor! Instructor Lillian Anna Blouin will guide students through creating their own work of art using a variety of watercolor techniques. Starting with the basics of constructing a composition, the instructor will demonstrate different forms of washes including some un-conventional methods for students to use on their own canvas. The end result will be a beautiful and unique watercolor painting to take home! Discover your inner artist at the Festival of Art’s Adult and Teen Art Classes! Ages 13 and up. Reservations preferred. Mosaic Tiles with Carolyn Machado
Date: Sunday, July 7
Time: 3pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $60 (includes Festival admission)
This class will introduce students to the "art of mosaic.” We will be working on a small tile, using simple design elements to create a unique piece of artwork. Decorative tiles will come to life with the use of colorful and interesting pieces of broken pottery, tiles and small beads. Youth Arts Education Workshops
Dates/Times: July 8 – August 16
Mondays – Fridays 1pm & 3pm
Cost: $20+ material fee/session

 Bring out that creative spark in your young artist at the Youth Art Classes this summer at the Festival of Arts. Kids will enjoy art classes taught by professional Festival artists in mixed-media, watercolors, collage and more. Meanwhile, parents will have free time to view the artwork on display throughout the Festival grounds. Festival artists will also share some of their creative techniques in a fun and friendly environment that will inspire your kids to come back every week! Open to children ages 5 – 12.
