Mickey Mouse Mixed Up Adventures New Series on Disney Channel for Disney Junior and on DisneyNow #MickeyMouseAdventures

Hot Dog! There is a New Mixed Up Adventure Headed Your Way With Mickey & Friends

Thank you Disney Channel for having us out to preview Mickey Mouse Mixed Up Adventures. All opinions are my own.

We had an amazing morning previewing the new Disney Channel show... Mickey's Mixed Up Adventures!

We started out the morning with a preview of the new show in the screening theater.

Mikey thought it was so very cool. He was right.

After the screening we were treated to a pixie dust filled lunch spread, perfect for the kids and adults.

The amazing Disney team had coloring pages set out, activities to play and something to eat.. I mean how kid friendly is all of that?! Thank you!

The new show Mickey Mouse Mixed Up Adventures is wonderful... an updated version of what my 12 year old used to watch when she was my son's age.

We loved it & had a hot dog adventure.... the best part is that Mickey turns a mix up of what seems to be a mess into something magical with a positive twist!

My son's favorite things about it all....

* Mickey is still solving problems & making friends smile.
* The mixed up mess made for a fun way to make it all right.
* It was very funny, so, so funny.
* The Hot Dog dance and song is back & better than ever.

My Crayola Glitter Dots Experience... I Have Got to Take the Kids! #CrayolaGlitterDots

We Love Crayola!

Crayola is a brand that we've used and have loved for over 30 years.

Three generations of using Crayola products, I guess you can say we are big fans.

The Crayola company is always coming up with new and entertaining ways to stay creative.

Thanks to JMP Creative for the invite out to experience some of what goes on behind the scenes on the production side of commercials and innovative products. All opinions are my own.

I was so excited to be part of a one-of-a-kind experience celebrating Crayola Glitter Dots at JMP Creative’s The Magic Workshop, an amazing wonderland for toy inventing, I can not wait to take my kids back!

I feel like this would be a great opportunity for my son who is on the Autism spectrum... sensory heaven!

A lot of effort, feedback, R & D and more goes into the development of everything on site that is produced.

From the fun ways to play and entertain our kids, well ourselves too, to the amazing effects to bring a commercial to life JMP Creative is on the cusp of it all making it happen.

I had a blast. The Crayola Glitter Dots Drop commercial reenactment was seriously the best. You can get a clip of it....

First Time Visit to Knott's Scary Farm with My Tween! Did She Cry? Maybe.... #scaryfarm #knottsscaryfarm

Knott's Scary Farm is Back for Select Nights Through November 2nd!

Thanks to Knott's Berry Farm, last week I decided to give in to my tween and take her with some of her besties to Knott's Scary Farm....

Let me back up and give you some history.

When I was 12.5, in 7th grade I was taken to Knott's Scary Farm after a few years of begging. Keep in mind this was 1992 and things were a bit more timid back then.

My daughter found out a few years ago, watched me cover the amazing event and has been asking to attend since.

I told her when she hits the age I was allowed to go and she feels ready after watching my videos... I'll take her.

That was last week.

So I have to admit that I was so excited to see these girls scream and get a dose of reality check but they held their own.

Their top 3 favorites...

1. The Carnevil Clowns. They must have walked that scare zone about 8 times and loved every moment of it. I really feel like it was a fun side to scary.

My Top 5 Reasons Dark Harbor at The Queen Mary Should Be On Your Haunts List #darkhabor

Queen Mary Brings Screams, Frights, Food, Side Shows and So Much More with Dark Harbor

Have you been to Dark Harbor? Their goal is to scare the SHIP out of you... they do an amazingly frightful job of it too.

One of my most favorite events each Halloween Haunt season is Dark Harbor. There is something about being on the ship that is creepy in itself and so intriguing.

I wanted to give you a run down on my favs, must see, tips and more...

1. There is fog everywhere. From the moment you walk in and all throughout the mazes. Lots of it.

2. Hundreds of monsters and ghouls waiting for you each night after an opening ceremony behind gates. They are everywhere, hinding, lurking and creeping in the shadows.

3. The mazes are awesome. Each one is so different and scary in it's own way. From on board the ship to a transformation in a dome tent, the setting is definitely set for horrors of all kinds to find you.

4. Sliders!! Not the food but the crazy creeps the come sliding towards you on their hands knees and bodies with sparks flying. Yes. Those Sliders are amazing. They have their own show, not to miss, but also linger around just to freak you out too.
