My Top 7 Tips and Must Do's at LEGOLAND

It takes us about 45 minutes to get to LEGOLAND from Lake Forest, California, and it is a real treat when we get to spend a day with friends.

One of our favorite attractions at LEGOLAND is Heartlake City. Here we can watch a live show, take pictures with the LEGO Friends, groomed horses at the stables, and ride on the carousel! It is the best area for LEGO Friends Fans!

When I’m with my mom friends, we always stop to enjoy a special sweet treat over at Granny’s Apples. There is a ton of great rides for all ages.

Are you ready for all the Fall Fun? We are! One of the coolest events for kids is Brick-or-Treat. My kids love Legoland as it is but mix in Halloween fun and they are set to Boo the bricks down!

What's Up - Juice it Up is UP IN THE FRESH This New School Year!

With BUSY parents in mind (hello, they are speaking to me and you here) Juice It Up is bringing fresh new flavors with a twist.

No secret here... we live at I mean LOVE the Disneyland Resort. Okay we wish we could LIVE there too but for the mean time, until Walt's apartment goes up for rent, we spend as much time in and out of the parks at the Disneyland Resort as we can.

Here are some of our favorite tips that we use and do often that may help you plan a few hours or a whole day at the parks and Disneyland Resort.

Wild and Free Climbing Trees - Just the Way I Played When I was a Kid!

After a few weeks of running around and having a lot of summer fun, I decided it was time to get back to the basics, the basics of sitting in the grass, climbing trees, looking at clouds and just relaxing in the fresh air.

Took the kids with a light snack picnic style and parked it by the green grass and some huge trees. These trees were just swooping down and had branches that looked like thy were asking to be sat on!

You can tell these trees have been here forever, there are love notes, break up notes and all sorts of special secrets written on the old branches.

We hugged the trees, looked at the clouds and totally did nothing but enjoy just that.

When is the last time that you took the kids out to just do what you used to do, no electronics, no games, no portable anything.. just the outdoors and climbing, falling, picking up sticks, rocks and imagining everything else about it....

I can not wait for it to cool down a bit so we can do this again and for a bit longer!

Happy almost end of summer everyone.... one more outdoor play before the school year starts!

Hyundai Sonata Plug-In Hybrid Review

Go hybrid with the Hyundai Sonata plug in limited edition.

I loved life a bit more spending less money on gas...

This super Sleek Hyundai Sonata hybrid amazed me from the inside and out.

The four-door body style is super attractive on the outside and very spacious and roomy on the inside.

I couldn't believe how quiet it was to drive and how I really enjoyed being able to hear myself think when I was alone in the car enjoying it's extremely smooth maneuverability and drive.

Tradition is OC Fair - It's not summer in the OC with out a visit (or 5 visits) to the Orange County Fair!

We had so much fun at the OC Fair last weekend! It was a blast to see my kids run around this year both able to ride most of the big kid rides.

Have you driven a Mazda? I love how this line of cars handles very much. Each time I test drive a Mazda I am reminded how much I love the handling and stability.

I loved driving this Mazda CX5! The kids loved the space inside as well as the cargo space for all our gear. Easy in and out and loading too! Perfect for this OnTheGo soccer mom!

We took this sweet Mazda CX5 all over SoCal... after each drive I thought about what I liked most about where we went and how this awesome SUV got us there.

Since I have never had an SUV it is super easy for me to be critical over the little things and I have to admit, I loved all the Bells and Whistles on this sporty SUV.

Local, farm fresh, farm to table, fruits, veggies and so much more local here in Irvine off of University and Strawberry Field.

At Tanaka Farms they offer a lot more than fresh food... the tours are perfect in every way. From the fresh fruits and veggies you get to sample along the ride, in a huge tractor wagon, you also get to take home the food your tour is about.
