We Love Family Style Meal at Panini Kabob Grill Mision Viejo #PaniniKabobGrill

Winner Winner Panini Kabob Dinner....

Family Style is the way to go at Panini Kabob Grill for Dinner.

It has been kind of rainy and cold in socal the last few weeks. My kids are always on the go doing something and I am always looking for fresh options to feed them if I didn't get the meals in and ready on time.

One of our most favorite go-to options for a delish meal is Panini Kabob Grill. The whole family loves it and my daughter even makes requests weekly for something she is craving from the made to order fresh kitchen!

I am totally fine eating there and enjoying a new favorite for dinner.... the Family Style Meal!

A few of the reasons we love Panini Kabob Grill as a family....

The Team on site is amazing and friendly and loves their job so it makes us smile.

PKG is so proud to say that their Chicken, Beef and Lamb Kabobs are now 100% Vegetarian Fed, Antibiotic and Hormone Free. Thank you PKG!

We also love that there are so many options with authentic taste from the rice to the lamb and sauces to seasonings.

Pain du Monde Celebrates 30 Years! #PDMCafe

Tasty, Flavorful, Left Me Craving More...

Have you been to Pain du Monde? It is a fantastic treat to your taste buds.

I met my sweet friend Jen for her birthday breakfast at the Pain du Monde location at Fashion Island.

My first time but not my last time since I fell in love with each bite I took.

I want to feature what we tasted and what we loved about each plate.

Being a first time visitor to Pain du Monde I really didn't know what to order, I wanted it all, so i was glad I had a birthday girl with me to order plates and share tastes.

Starting with a savory cinnamon twist & of course a

delightful strawberry goodness, chasing sweet treats with a bold tasty blend of cold brew was perfection.

Up for breakfast we each tried and loved a signature dish and manager favorite.

Stefanos Fresh Flavors Laguna Hills Location Now Open GIVEAWAY

Stefano's... More than Just Ham!

Have you heard of Stefano's? There are two locations... Yorba Linda and their newest in Laguna Hills.

This family-owned business has years of History bringing delicious flavors to the plate. Stefano's Standalone locations may have been bringing us amazing eats since 2003 but the name itself has a deeper history rooted in Rich flavorful Golden Baked Hams for over 25yrs.

The entire family prides their love of bringing fresh flavors and it shows in everything that they do from Farm Fresh to Table to supporting other homegrown family businesses inside the recipes.

Hand Drawn Chalk Board Design

When I first drove by Stefano's in Laguna Hills I too thought it was purely tasty Golden Baked Hams that they sold but after further foodie investigation, because of course my curiosity got to me, I saw that there was so much more to offer inside of this modern Delicatessen. Of course you can get a delicious ham on bone or off bone and by the lb!

The owners have revamped the inside completely and along with their amazing eats bring you a very comfortable open and friendly atmosphere with the highest of customer service.

Supporting Local Merchants and also selling their own Special Sauces
So of course because my mom was a huge Golden Baked Ham fanatic I was so excited when I was invited to come in and check out what they are really all about.

New Limited Time Spring Salads at Boudin! *Giveaway*

New Spring Salads At Boudin Are Fresh And Flavorful

Happy Spring!

Earlier this week I was able to taste the new Spring Salads at +Boudin Bakery in Huntington Beach.
To say they are delish is a total understatement. They are all full of significant ingredients that, the ever so awesome, Chef Alan Skversky has specifically developed for each one.

The dedication and pride that goes into the Chef's creations is an art of it's own but to see him describe and serve you that tasty bright dish is an honor. He truly loves food and fresh food at that. I love that too!

What I think is very different and always a win... Boudin has Happy Hour every day after 4:30pm! The pairings they offer from the Kendall Jackson and La Crema bring out the bold tastes of each salad. Need help deciding what wine to pair any item with, just ask, they will help!

All of the New Spring Salads are made fresh in house down to the dressing. Each Salad is carefully crafted so that even each grape is sliced in half, that's the way Chef Alan says it's best!

So in case your mouth is not watering yet, let me give you the insider look at all of the salads that will be available, March 23rd!

The Mango Quinoa Salad - Vegetarian and Contains Nuts. At 287 calories this goodness is made up of romaine lettuce, arugula, red quinoa, mango, red grapes, red onion, almonds, goat cheese and a house made mango citrus vinaigrette. It really does bring so many flavors together and the mango is the most perfect tart sweet bang to tie it all together.

The Lemony Couscous. A favorite from last year that the Chef said everyone wanted to have returned to the season menu. This was my favorite. Totally Greek-ish hehe! Spring mix, Israeli Couscous, feta cheese, garbanzo beans, cucumber, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, red onion, parsley, creamy lemon dressing and only 427 calories.

The Forbidden Rice and Chicken Sesame - Contains Sesame Oil. I was surprisingly satisfied with the blend of the black rice and apples. That earthy boldness of the rice with the mix of fresh apples is just delightful. Baby Spinach, black rice, all natural chicken, Granny Smith apples, garbanzo beans, pickled red onion, goat cheese, house made sesame dressing and only 416 calories. Yum!

The Bacon, Blue and Beets Salad - Contains Nuts. I am not sure what happened with my photo. It is not on my phone and this was the first salad I tried and took a photo of! But I will add in an image shortly. The Salad itself did not last long on my plate! I am not the biggest fan of Blue cheese but this was delish. You can also ask for anything on the side too! Made up of a Spring mix, all natural chicken, red onion, roasted golden and red beets, green beans, applewood smoked bacon, blue cheese, spiced walnuts and ranch dressing, this salad is at 460 calories.

I had so much fun tasting all the new Spring Salads at Boudin, I am looking forward to returning very soon, I need another Lemony Couscous Salad stat!!
