"Secrets of Sulphur Springs” is a time-travel mystery series for kids & families.

Set in the fictional Louisiana town of Sulphur Springs, the series follows 12-year-old Griffin Campbell (Preston Oliver, "Chicago Fire") whose world has been upended by his father, Ben (Josh Braaten, "American Horror Story"). Ben has moved the family from Chicago to take ownership of an abandoned hotel property, The Tremont. The Campbell family, which also includes Griffin's mother, Sarah (Kelly Frye, "Criminal Minds"), and his younger twin siblings, Wyatt (Landon Gordon, "Coop & Cami Ask the World") and Zoey (Madeleine McGraw, "Outcast"), moves into The Tremont in hopes of restoring it to the lively vacation destination it once was. On his first day at his new school, Griffin hears rumors that the hotel is haunted by the ghost of Savannah (Elle Graham, "Swamp Thing"), a girl who disappeared decades ago. He soon meets and befriends Harper (Kyliegh Curran, "Doctor Sleep"), a thrill-seeking classmate, and soon they discover a secret portal that allows them to travel back in time and uncover clues about the town mystery.

Episode 5, "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Time" airs Friday on the Disney Channel 8pm. We will be re watching it!

Until next week.... keep up the suspense & enjoy the surprises!

It's Girl Scout Cookie Time & There's A New Cookie - ToastYay is added to the line up. Plus #Giveaway #girlscoutcookies

Happy Cookie Season... Girl Scout Cookies are back end of this month!

This only happens once a year & you do not want to miss it!

We love this time of year & things are a bit different to keep everyone healthy & safe during Covid19.

As a girl scout mom, my favorite time is time with my daughter... we like to sign up for mom and daughter booths, we get to hang out and sell together. This year we can not do that thus far so we're a bit bummed but there are other creative ways we're teaming up to sell these cookies!

My daughter has been in Girl Scouts since she was 5, she is now 13 & she still loves it as much as she did back then. So do I.

When I ask her what she loves about being a Girl Scout she always tells me the same things year after year. She loves to help others, volunteer, learn new things, give back and gain confidence. (I love the thin mints I store in my Freezer...)

All of these things she notices about herself are well noticed by her family and friends as well. So proud of her. Last year she was able to volunteer over 100 hours of service & wants to do more.

These lessons that are learned about life, teamwork, togetherness, commitment, responsibility, confidence and so much more are all part of growing up in her troop with her amazing leader Kelly.

What I have really loved is seeing my baby girl grow into a respectful, responsible, empathetic, caring, smart, athletic young lady. Girl scouts support these girls doing their best in everything they do.

Our troop is ready for cookie season... are you?! We work very hard at selling during cookie season. A portion of the sales comes directly back to the troop.

Our troop has used these funds to adopt sea lions, make blankets for shelters, create an adopt don't shop campaign, earning a Bronze Award and so much more.

Here are some tips and fun facts about cookie season and the cookies this year.

Girl Scout Cookie Season begins NOW in Orange County.

The Girl Scout Cookie Program helps girls to develop five essential life skills:

·         Goal Setting
·         Decision Making
·         Money Management
·         People Skills
·         Business Ethics

Through the Cookie Program, Girl Scouts earn money to power their own leadership opportunities and adventures.

Troops work together to decide how their troop’s proceeds will be spent. Plus, all the revenue earned from our Cookie Program stays within Orange County to support life-changing programs for nearly 20,000 girls.

Cookie prices...The price of Girl Scout cookies in Orange County is $5.00 per package. Gluten-free cookies in Orange County are $6.00 per package.

New flavor this year!!! The ToastYay is delish. We love the cinnamon sugar crunch. Check out our video tasting them for rhe first time here.

Vegan cookie flavors: Lemonades, Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties & S’mores
