We love Boudin and all the efforts they do to give back - we also love everything they make from their soups, to bread and everything in between.

My daughter could eat a whole loaf of the original Boudin Sour Dough herself... we are big fans!
I am fine with that since we all love to eat it. Did you know Boudin has a rewards program... yes you can track and log your purchases and get more in the end for what you have spent and love anyways.

Funds raised support Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry® campaign ending childhood hunger in America
San Francisco, CA (August 18, 2015)—In America, 1 in 5 children struggle with hunger. This September, Boudin Bakery is proud to join restaurants nationwide to support No Kid Hungry® by raising funds in their restaurants. Throughout the month of September, Boudin will be offering guests a valuable coupon book – worth over $25 – for their donation of only $5. This savings-packed coupon book will feature many of Boudin’s all-time favorite items, including a free loaf of The Original San Francisco Sourdough Bread™. 100 percent of all money raised will be donated to No Kid Hungry®. For more information on Boudin and this September’s event, visit NoKidHungry.org.
“We are excited to invite our guests to join us in supporting this wonderful initiative to provide healthy meals to children facing hunger,” said Gayle DeBrosse, Chief Brand Officer for Boudin Bakery.
In 2014, nearly 11,000 restaurants raised $8.9 million through the Dine Out For No Kid Hungry. Funds raised support No Kid Hungry’s work to connect vulnerable children to effective nutrition programs like School Breakfast and Summer Meals, creating public-private partnerships that work together to identify and break down barriers to giving children access to meals, and teaching low-income families how to stretch their food budgets and cook healthy, affordable meals.
“Everyone—private citizens, businesses, policymakers, and nonprofits—has a role in helping end childhood hunger in America,” said Billy Shore, Founder and CEO of Share Our Strength®, the organization that runs the No Kid Hungry® campaign. “I encourage everyone to dine out often at participating restaurants wherever they are this September. Then visit NoKidHungry.org to join this national movement to ensure that every child in America has access to the nutritious food they need, every day.”
About Boudin Bakery
Headquartered in San Francisco, Boudin Bakery is world-famous for The Original San Francisco Sourdough Bread™, which is baked with the same Mother Dough, or sourdough starter, used since 1849. Born in the Gold Rush, Boudin is the oldest continuously operating business in San Francisco. Because each loaf is made from a portion of the original sourdough starter, Boudin Sourdough is one of a kind. With its delicious tangy flavor, golden crunchy crust, and soft chewy center – along with its famous aroma – it has been described as “a sensory experience in a simple loaf of bread.” Boudin SF is a convenient, casual-dining restaurant with locations throughout California where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Boudin at the Wharf, located in the heart of San Francisco’s renowned waterfront, is Boudin’s flagship facility and home to Bistro Boudin, Boudin Museum & Bakery Tour, a demonstration bakery, Bakers Hall Marketplace and a Boudin CafĂ©.
