WHAT:LEGOLAND® California Resort is hosting a LEGO® building challenge inspired by its new LEGO® NINJAGO® World and NINJAGO® The Ride, opening this spring. The Wu Cru Challenge will be in Santa Barbara, CA at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History on March 12, as part of a five city tour prior to the attraction opening at the theme park in Carlsbad this May.

Children and their families will have the chance to team up and test their LEGO constructing skills through four building challenges. Each challenge represents the four major NINJAGO characters: Kai, Zane, Jay and Cole. In addition, guests have a chance to win tickets to visit the Resort and experience NINJAGO The Ride by answering trivia questions at each event.

The Challenges:Speed: Two-person teams will each be timed to construct a simple LEGO model from a NINJAGO themed image.

Touch: One team member will be blindfolded while the other team member coaches them through the construction of a LEGO model.

Agility: Team members will work together to build a LEGO NINJAGO themed model while keeping one arm behind their back.

Teamwork: Team members work together to build a LEGO model of their favorite NINJAGO character.

NINJAGO The Ride features cutting-edge technology enabling guests to control the outcome of their adventure through the power of their hand gestures. NINJAGO is based on the popular property LEGO® NINJAGO®, which is brought to life by The LEGO Group® through a line of construction toys and a TV series on Cartoon Network.
