El Torito will be celebrating their 65th anniversary on Thursday, July 18th with parties at all 31 El Torito locations.

The local hot-spot invites the public to join in on the celebration which will feature Free Tacos (Steak, Chicken and Carnitas), fresh handmade tortillas and salsa bar from 3 p.m. to close.

Guests will also enjoy Happy Hour drink specials which will include $6 Margaritas and $4 Draft Beers. The Entertainment will be Mariachi’s from 4pm-7pm and a DJ from 7pm to Close.

We planned a team building event for soccer this past weekend at the pool & Rubio's was a huge success!

 



 

I was so pleasantly pleased that the Taco Tray for 10 really fed about 20. There was plenty of chips, tortillas and meat to go around.

 

Also Rubio's provides all the sides too with rice, beans, salsa, cheese and guacamole.

 

You won't even need plates or utensils to eat with or serve with.. yup all included! Loved it.

 

Delish tacos, nachos and some left over chips.

 



 

The team loved it, parents were all over it & I totally felt like everyone had plenty to eat & enjoyed pool side yummies.

Jimboy's restaurant, located at 5th & PCH Shopping Plaza (120 5th Street) in the heart of the city’s downtown, will begin grand opening festivities this SATURDAY at 11 AM including:

 

FREE Original Ground Beef Taco and FREE Taquito Burrito for the first 50 people

 

FREE Original Ground Beef Taco for anyone who downloads the Jimboy’s Taco Nation Rewards app in-store

 

Chance to spin the prize wheel and win FREE food and Jimboy’s swag items

 

Additionally, Jimboy’s Tacos Huntington Beach has partnered with local pro-surfer and instructor Rocky McKinnon to hold a fundraiser during the Grand Opening celebrations. 20% of sales from Monday, July 23 will be donated back to McKinnon’s nonprofit, which helps to sponsor surfing programs for young people with special needs or disabilities through the McKinnon Surf & SUP Lessons Adaptive Surfing Program.

It really is no secret that we fill our bellies with the tasty goodness of Jimboy's often. I love introducing the Original American Taco to everyone.

 

The taste is unique to SoCal and is as fresh as it was when the eatery started over 60 years ago!

 

 

 

With all the amazing tastes they offer at their locations it just isn't enough! I mean we need a Jomboy's on like every street.... well that is what would make my taco cravings happy.

 

Oh but did you hear the news... because of the popularity Jimboy's has had and has continued to grow, 20 more Jimboy's locations will be popping up all over SoCal!

Family Friendly and Totally a Before & After the beach HOT SPOT!

Yum! We had the tasty opportunity to samples some of Pedro's Tacos favorites.

Everything is delish and even better tasting after a long day at the beach. 

I took the kids early enough to taste breakfast and then we also took some to-go in our beach cooler so that we could have a taste after crashing in the waves. 

What I love aside from the affordable price for the fresh cooked eats, that they offer kid friendly options like the beach and cheese burrito, oh I have friends that grab these babies every time and hit the beach.

My kiddos went to town and enjoyed the view while we ate.
