Happy New Year... Happy Birthday to my Baby Boy! 

This past weekend we spent some quality time together celebrating my son's 5th birthday. 

We are so happy that we were able to invite his family, cousins and a few friends out to Pump It Up in Lake Forest for some bouncing, jumping, laughing and silly fun. 

I love that they have special deals. Not only for parties but for days of the week like date night, parents night out, drop in, open jump and holiday specials too. 

Their birthday party packages are spot on for the timing of fun as well as price for quantity of kids.

Wow We Rocked 2016 Locally Visiting so Many Hot Spots for Family/Date Night Fun!

This last year we spent a lot of time spending a lot of time together hehe. It was an honor to have the privileged to cover so many fantastic events this last year.

We are eager to kick off 2017 with more fun to share and places to go all around OC and beyond. 

One of our most favorite places to stay is the Grand Legacy at the Park. I have covered the hotel itself many times. We have taken walks to and from the main gates of Disneyland Parks and shared all the family fun that can be had at the hotel itself all year round. 

But I also wanted to share a perspective from the eyes and mind of a planner that looks at practicality as well as the fun to be had! 

With that said, this past year, I took the opportunity to really plan a stay around the Grand Legacy at the Park and more than once, not just a staycation...

We are so excited to continue our tradition on spending some family time early in the new year at Monster Jam! 

My husband started getting us tickets for Christmas Presents years ago when we were a family of two, then three and now there are four of us that love to attend. 

My daughter loves to cheer on the Women of Monster Jam with me, while my son and husband always give a roar for Grave Digger!

I know that these events can get super exciting an loud (that is the best part for me) but I wanted to share that my son who is on the Autism spectrum does well too. He does occasionally say the extreme loud noise gets to him but he was just fine last year so that made me super happy. But.. I do suggest bringing ear phones for those that may be sensitive to sound/noise on the spectrum or not. 

A hot tip - Attend the pre show Pit Party is you can purchase those passes. It is a great experience to get up closer and pretty personal with the massive trucks that you will later see hit the dirt and one another!

Deserving Families in SoCal Experience Cavalia's Odysseo!

We love Odysseo, but when I heard that the show was putting on a Holiday performance for about 500 deserving families in SoCal, I just about cried. 

I am a huge fan of this amazing show and fall even more in love with a production when as a whole they are so thrilled to do something like this and go above and beyond giving back to each city they stop in.

The Queen Mary is amazing itself but with all the vents that are on and off the ship - we always get the most out of each visit. If there is an option to board the ship, we always do, it's different each time.
